The new royalty rates, which go into effect on July 15, exceed 100% of most webcasters' total revenues! These rates are also retroactive to Jan 1, 2006! (Read more here.)
To protest these rates and encourage you to take action and contact your Congressional representatives, Gimme Noise is participating in the Day of Silence, by silencing our programming for the day (beginning at 12am PST/3am EST).
