Finally added that new music I've been talking about: Wilco, Green Day, Peaches, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Trail of Dead, A.C. Newman, Andrew Bird, Animal Collective, Deerhoof, Hold Steady, etc. Go make some requests!

Oh, one more thing: some of you may have noticed that the Live 365 stream is down. Not that many people listened to it and I need to cut expenses somewhere. Sorry!

R.I.P. Jay Bennett

Former Wilco band member Jay Bennett has died at age 45.

The multi-instrumentalist died in his Illinois home on Saturday night (May 23), although the cause of death has not been revealed. A message on the website of his record label Undertow Music, Undertowmusic.com, explained that he died "in his sleep."

Bennett played with Wilco from 1994 to 2001, leaving the Americana band because of a fall-out with band leader Jeff Tweedy.

Earlier this month he sued the band for $50,000, claiming he was owed royalties for albums he worked on while in the band.

As well as his work with Wilco, Bennett was a session musician, playing with artists including Sheryl Crow.

time to move!

edit! The station will be down temporarily ~~late tonight~~ sometime tomorrow Monday February 9 (after 9pm PST) while I move some furniture. Hoping it's for no more than 5 or 10 minutes!

new router issues

Okay, I set it up again tonight and almost have everything right. Yeah, I said I was working on it a few nights ago, but then had issues with getting requests to work. So now requests work, but the now playing isn't updating. See the Live 365 page or the LoudCity page to see what's currently playing. I'm trying to fix this before I go to sleep.

edit 12:38am PST It's fixed!! Yay!
